Hair and Make Up List for Children’s Classes
Blush
All children should be wearing rose colored blush starting on the sides of the cheek bones and lightly applied to the apples of the cheeks. Please do not add any contour or highlighter.
Lipstick
All children should wear a lipstick in a slightly darker color than their natural lip color. Berry tones are best—no purple or orange toned lipstick.
Eyes
Children aged 10 and under do not need any eye make-up. If the child wants to wear make-up, then stick to peach or sand colored eyeshadow with light shimmer. Older children should wear light cream/pearl color under the brow bone as highlighter and sand/taupe on the eyelid. Light eyeliner and mascara can also be applied.
Hair
All hair should be in a classic bun with an “invisible” hair net and hair pins. Hair needs to be gelled and/or hair sprayed.
MAKE UP IS NOT NECESSARY FOR THE DRESS REHEARSAL
If you would like help with hair or make up, please bring the dancers backstage the day of the show by 6:15 PM.
